Roami

When I received it, I and my son put it together immediately. When I went to stand-up and actually use it this thing shook worse than if I had been in an earthquake! That thing shakes so bad it is not safe for me to use. I sent them several emails and they refused to acknowledge my emails. This is not a safe product for anybody who needs to use a walk!!! the majority of this item is plastic and with that much shaking while trying to use it will break before the first month is up. This is not a credible company by any means because they won’t even answer my emails and try to come to a fair resolution about the situation. Do not use do not buy this will not be safe for anyone who actually needs to lean on a walker!

Walker is very stable. Past walkers, I used bungee chords to get the wobble out. Stair climbing works great. Front can be wheel or capped leg. Only missing a way to sit.
Only negative, is no returns. I'm extremely happy and have no desire to return, but a $249 cost is a great leap of faith

I fractured my pelvis in a bike crash. Our family room is downstairs. This thing is worth every penny, I’m so thankful my wife got it for me. Highly, highly recommend!!!

This walker that allows me to go up and down stairs safely is absolutely critical to being able to manage my house post-surgery. I have told everyone I know about this thing!

I love how my Roami makes all of my stairs (indoor and out) so accessible! Knee replacement surgery recovery is so much easier with the proper mobility aides and this one is definitely something I am recommending to anyone who will listen. Only drawback is that since I live in Canada, import fees, Customs and Duties and the $CDN/$US exchange do make the product a tad more expensive, but in my opinion, well worth the hassle and extra cost! Thank you!!!
