Returns/Exchanges  

Product(s) may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if  received incorrectly, damaged, or defective. Returns will not be  accepted without authorization and must include original  packaging, tags, and manuals. Customer is responsible for return  shipping cost which will be refunded upon approval. Customers  with ineligible returns are responsible for return shipping and a  5% restocking fee (based on order total) to cover processing and  handling expenses.

Damaged/Defective Goods 

Seller shall be responsible for the goods until they are received at  the destination pointIt is the responsibility of customer to inspect  product(s), upon receipt, for delivery damage and working  condition. If product is damaged or defective, you must document  by taking photographs and contact us immediately for a Return  Merchandise Authorization here

Refunds  

Once received, we will inspect the product(s) for eligibility. If  product(s) are returned for any other reason besides seller error,  damage, or manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for  return shipping cost plus a 5% restocking fee (based on order  total) to cover processing and handling expenses. 

  • Approved refunds will be returned via the original purchase payment method  
  • Allow 15 - 30 business days for refund processing  

Warranty 

Seller warrants products free from defects in materials and  workmanship effective upon date of receipt and good for the  warranty period of 1 year.
