Acceptance of Terms and Conditions  

Please read all ordering policies carefully. Purchases from  Mobilate constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions set  forth herein. Mobilate only accepts and ships orders in the  United States.

Shipping & Handling  

Orders are processed and shipped, when product is in stock,  within two business days after receipt of payment during regular  business hours (Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST,  excluding holidays). Allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery unless  outside the contiguous United States or expedited shipping has  been requested. Additional shipping costs may apply for locations  outside the contiguous United States. 

Taxes 

This website will calculate applicable taxes within the United  States. Tax exempt orders are processed offline - please email  your certificate and order information to: info@mobilateus.com 

Secure Online Payment  

Mobilate uses secure payment processing services from Shopify  to ensure your credit card details are kept private and confidential.  All major cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American  Express, Discover. Credit card charges will show up under the  Mobilate LLC business name. 

Insurance Billing/Reimbursement  

Mobilate does not facilitate or guarantee any type of insurance  coverage. Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System  (HCPCS) codes provided on this site are used for billing Medicare  and Medicaid. Please consult the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid  Services (CMS) for current guidelines.
